- I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

- I never would have discovered this tv tuner if it were not for Amazons suggesting it. They are prompt in shipping and never have had a trouble with delivery. I bought this tuner and it really does a good job with technical service. I am concerned that there is no support for text to speech errors. But it is a good product.

- They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.
