Sometimes problems do arise, usually being the fault of the supplier or manufacturer, but Dinodirect.com always comes through and does everything to ensure a customer is satisfied and happy. - I did not look here before ordering and was wondering if I had made a mistake. After my trying i found the items were very low priced and had free shipping. I was surprised that the items arrived quicker than I was expecting (shipped from Hong Kong) and actually work like they should. The items were (shipping) packaged very well and also were of retail-looking packaging too. I had no problem at all from this company. I'd probably order from again.
