So far this is flawless!!!! it looks good, sounds good, and is very reliable. I have had it for 2 months and use it everyday! this thing is great. It comes with a case for it but it doesnt really need it, because its pretty damn durable on its own. I would by this thing again if i needed a new one, even if it was twice the price. Definitelly buy this if your looking for an easy to use, durable, beautiful, reliable, usb phone.

I've had excellent experience with this phone. I bought it to make regular phone calls over the Skype network (as a SkypeOut subscriber), and it does that beautifully. The sound is clear. The range of the wireless communication to base is better than my cordless phones -- I can walk all the way out to the mailbox (50 feet from house) with no loss of call quality. Its dual function as a regular telephone is quite satisfactory. I do have it connected to an old computer which serves only as an internet connection to Skype -- I don't know how it would do if it had to contend with other uses on the host computer.

Had zero problems installing this phone. Made the appropriate adjustments in my sound system and I was able to make a call, listen, talk on the phone while listening to music through my media player. no interference of any kind. Great distance with the phone. I wasn't expecting to use a thumb key for the wireless part, but no big deal, had to use a USB port no matter what the device. Sound quality through the phone is perfect. The phone rings loud enough to be heard anywhere in my home.Basically this is a great phone for the price

I read all the reviews on this phone carefully before buying and was a little bit anxious when I did decide to purchase it. However, since I have had it I have been very, very pleased with it. I use it for Skype and with my Time Warner cable phone line and it works great for both. I love the ease at which you can switch between internet and land phone. The range is very impressive and you can comfortably sit some distance from the base and get excellent sound quality. The battery life is also very long for me. <br/> <br/>In short, a very nice surprise. I can't imagine there being a better Skype phone out there at the moment.

I'm out on the road all the time, so I've tested quite a few Skype products. This is the best in voice quality and in echo cancelation I've seen. Great design, no problems with my mac. Love it.
