I discovered dinodirect.com not that long ago; however, during this short period of time (about 2 months) I have become a regular customer. The prices on this site are always almost the lowest anywhere. I am giving this company a 5 because not their products are almost always a best bargain but for a responsive customer service. Despite of their strict refund policies, they will accomodate a loyal customer, whenever possible, even at the cost of losing already slim profit margins. The only thing I want improved and I hope owners and/or management will take in consideration is more detailed charachteristics of products they sell. In general I am happy with products and service of this nice web shop

Very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

I needed to transfer a VHS to digital. It was 1.5 hours. It worked but there is some timing discrepancy of less than a second during a portion of the file. Also, I had to try different things to get it working because the help information was not very helpful and when I tried to register to get online help, the website listed in the booklet was not working. So, I was able to accomplish what I needed but with pain and it was not excellent, but still good.
