- No problems getting this phone to work with Skype on my Windows XP PC. Have not tried it on my Vista systems yet but then again the system requirements do say Windows XP or 2000 so if it does not work with Vista (or any other operating system) I would not give it a one star rating. Clarity is just as good if not better than my Logitech ClearChat headset so I'm very happy with it. Was able to walk around outside the house and clarity/reception were still just as good as being close to the docking station.

- I am not a frequent shopper at dinodirect.com (actually, I think this is my first time), so my experience with them shows that they do not support only those who have spent X amount of money. First of all, shipping cost and speed were excellent. Using the free shipping option, my package arrived in only 2 weeks. But more importantly, when I decided that I did not want to items that I ordered because of something about them that was completely out of their control, they were more than happy to take them back. It took less than five minutes for me to explain the problem and have them accept the RMA and even agree to email me a shipping label to cover the return shipping cost. A week later, they emailed me that they have received the package and I was notified by PayPal that my money was refunded minutes later. No one should hesitate about doing business with dinodirect.com because they obviously care a lot about making sure that their customers are satisfied.

- I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

- This product gets 5 stars in design and implementation. The buttons are where they should be, it feels like a phone, it "talks" like a phone. Definitley a must for every Skype fan. It also works with SkypeIn and SkypeOut so you can send and receive calls to this handset. Crystal clear voice quality. Absolutley brilliant. If I had, for the life of me, find a glitch in this device, I would say it takes a split second more than it should to scroll down on the list of skype names.

- This phone works perfect for the Skype application! so far, i have been super impressed with the phone-it is very comfortable to use and has great volume (controllable) for conversation - i would say it is an incredible improvment over wearing a dorky headset,it's exactly like talking on a phone.the handset is small and light, but not too small.all the phone functions work perfetly with the Skype application.
