How to Install a TV Converter Box:
- Disconnect the antenna from the coaxial outlet in the back of your television set. The cable likely either leads to an aerial antenna on your roof or a set of rabbit ears on top of your TV. Any kind of coaxial antenna will work for the TV converter box
- Check the back of your converter box. You should see a pair of coaxial outlets, similar to the one in back of your TV. One should be labeled "In" or "In From Antenna" and the other should be labeled "Out" or "Out To TV."
- Connect the antenna cable to the "In From Antenna" outlet in the converter box
- Connect one end of a coaxial cable to the "Out To TV" outlet in the converter box and the other end to the single coaxial outlet in your TV. Most converter boxes come with their own coaxial cable and you can also buy one for a few dollars at any Radio Shack
- If you have a VCR or DVD player, connect them to the converter box using a set of RCA cables (three linked cables color coded yellow, red and white). One end goes into the "Out" or "Out to TV" jacks in the back of the VCR or DVD and the other goes into the RCA input jacks on the converter box. (RCA jacks are all color coded to match the RCA cables themselves.)
- Turn on the TV, the converter box and the VCR or DVD player if you have one. Set the TV to Channel 3 or 4 and the DVD player or VCR to "Input" or "Line In" (whichever setting tunes it to the RCA "Out To TV" jacks). Press the set-up button on the converter box's remote. It will immediately begin scanning for digital channels in your area. When it is finished, you should be able to watch TV, DVDs and video tapes as normal

Besides great prices, how customers are treated when there is a problem is the most inportant thing about all sellers. I had an issue with shipping costs, and, although I may have been mistaken regarding free shipping ... after contacting Dinodirect.com, they promtly refunded my shipping costs. I was surprised to read some horrifying stories about this store, as I've only had good experiences with them, but I guess any big merchant could make mistakes too, hopefully they are not intentional. A review of this store would be very short - I wanna say, they are perfect!

I bought the PC to TV converter to attach my media computer to the television. I had originally opted for a video card with s-video, but the PSU for my mini-itx motherboard couldn't support it. Until such time as I can afford to upgrade, this little device works quite well. The documentation is sparse, but easy to figure out. One annoyance: I'll adjust the horizontal and vertical size of the picture to fit the screen, but the device won't remember these settings across reboots. Not usually a problem, though, as my computer is almost always on. Works fine with linux.

Functionality delivers quite good. Simple, easy to use and great for adding the TV on my laptop. I thought the video was going to be transfered by USB but it is not...The unit is powered by USB and you have to use the monitor output on the computer. Still, very cool and works fine. Quality of image is not crazy but good enough. I was able to read webpages from the TV when I upped the text size a bit.. All in all, very satisfied and now a friend wants me to get him one as he saw mine working..

I did not look here before ordering and was wondering if I had made a mistake. After my trying i found the items were very low priced and had free shipping. I was surprised that the items arrived quicker than I was expecting (shipped from Hong Kong) and actually work like they should. The items were (shipping) packaged very well and also were of retail-looking packaging too. I had no problem at all from this company. I'd probably order from again.
