Great place to shop online really. Ordered for a DVD set via Dinodirect.com and had it delivered in 2 weeks. Its worth noting that the DVD (a David Gilmour rare set) was not available any where else at the price amazon was selling it at. <br/> <br/>I will always shop with Dinodirect.com for my music and books.

Excellent service. No bait & switch or trying to sell me more than what I asked for. I caused a problem with the expiration date on my credit card and they fixed it with no delay. I am a repeat customer and unless they didn't stock something,I would see no reason not to keep shopping with them.

I was unaware that I did not need to go to the catalogue sight on the web and could go directly to the website to find the items that I wanted. I purchased this nice vedio cable from Dinodirect.com, they cost little and are of excellent quality, the delivery time was also relatively short, I will use this company again as they have proven that their products are good and that their prices are reasonable.

I've been shopping at Dinodirect for a long time. This is the only site that I could trust since they rate the sellers. I have never had problems with them. Once the order did not arrive so I called and they reshipped another package to me. Within short days I received it. The quality of the shipped products is in excellent new condition.

I was at first very nervous with this transaction being my first time. The customer service was very straight forward, no charm at all. The email order confirmation was received within the next hour. I called twice to confirm the correct product which they patiently confirmed. The shipping/trucking company was very courteous and they called me as promised. Overall, the experience was great!
