1. Download the Cisco WebEx Meeting Center application from the Apple AppStore for free.
2. Click on the url in the "To join this meeting" section in the WebEx invitation email.
3. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen to join the teleconference.
4. Go to the iPhone Home screen and tap on the WebEx Meet icon to join the Web portion of the meeting.
Yes, there is no cost to download the WebEx Meeting Center application on the iPhone, or to attend any WebEx meetings you've been invited to join. Regular telephony/phone charges still apply, please check with your carrier for more information.
To schedule, start and cancel a meeting and to invite attendees before and during the meeting, you need a host account by subscribing to a WebEx account.
If you have a WebEx host account, you can attend schedule a WebEx meeting and invite attendees to your meeting. First, enter your WebEx account information on the Profile page in the iPhone application. Then from the My Meeting list, click on the "+" button in the upper right hand corner. After scheduling a meeting, you can start, invite and cancel the meeting. You can also invitee attendees during the meeting.
