How to Refill My Whiteboard Marker:

• Unscrew the marker either at the head or at the back, depending on the brand of refillable whiteboard markers that you have purchased
• Open the whiteboard marker refill ink and squeeze the bottle to release 20 to 30 drops into the whiteboard marker barrel
• Wipe the marker clean if any drips or splatters got on the barrel case. Wipe the tip of the refillable ink bottle applicator to remove any ink residue and replace the cap
• Screw the end of the refillable whiteboard marker back on
• Allow the marker to sit to let the ink penetrate the tip

How to Remove Whiteboard Marker:

• Test various products known to remove dry-erase marker from the board. These products include toothpaste, Windex, peroxide, baby wipes, and peanut butter. Test each product on a small section of marker to see which works best
• Pour the product on a paper towel or, if you're using peanut butter, spread it over the board. Start in either top corner and slowly wipe away the ink with circular motions. Don't be afraid to put pressure on the board
• Repeat step 2 if necessary. Most ink will come off after one try, but a second wipe may finish the board off with a pure white finish
