- I've ordered from Dinodirect.com many times in the past and always been pleased with their prices and lightning fast shipping. This particular order, through no fault of Dinodirect's, was taken from New Jersey to New York to California, back to New Jersey, to New York and finally to my home by the UPS! - Dinodirect has been one my staple online resellers for a few years now. It was one of, if not the first place I ordered something online from. I have continued to shop there over the years because of an almost perfect track record they've had with me. The only bad experiences were simple delayed order problems due to items being out of stock, and those haven't occured in quite some time. The other which occured most recently was the site simple not working correctly, making me unable to complete a Check-Out, so I was forced to order the item elsewhere. The website is probably overcrowded right now, so it's understandable, but needless to say it's putting a bad taste in my mouth. Dinodirect provides great prices, free or low-cost shipping that always arrives on estimated time, or more often much earlier. Because of these reasons it's one of only a handful of sites I actually shop at from time to time without first sifting through some sort of price-checking engine.

- Great service, even in the midst of them switching over warehouses and systems. How did they do it? They let me know up front that there would be a couple of days delay, right on the site. Even though there were other places I might have gotten this adapter faster (and a buck or so cheaper), I went with the company that had the integrity to give me the information up front, and also backed up what they offered with a warranty. HongKong prices may be good, but I get the sense these guys with their nearly identical prices, also back up what they sell at a great value.

- I am not a frequent shopper at dinodirect.com (actually, I think this is my first time), so my experience with them shows that they do not support only those who have spent X amount of money. First of all, shipping cost and speed were excellent. Using the free shipping option, my package arrived in only 2 weeks. But more importantly, when I decided that I did not want to items that I ordered because of something about them that was completely out of their control, they were more than happy to take them back. It took less than five minutes for me to explain the problem and have them accept the RMA and even agree to email me a shipping label to cover the return shipping cost. A week later, they emailed me that they have received the package and I was notified by PayPal that my money was refunded minutes later. No one should hesitate about doing business with dinodirect.com because they obviously care a lot about making sure that their customers are satisfied.
