How to connect my bluetooth headphone to my laptop and cellphone?
Do every device detect bluetooth signals? You should be able to connect them no matter what music files you have. some bluetooth headphones wont work .mp3 and .mp4 files. Check out with other formats of audio like wav, amr etc..

I use a bluetooth headphone to listen to music. Is it harmful?
if you are listening to it at a reasonable level of volume it should be ok. The warmth could be coming if you are listening to it too loud or for too long a period of time, but it is not a huge serious problem.

Are bluetooth headphones safe to use during flights?
Check with your carrier. I don't think that a great deal of equipment actually interferes with an aircraft's instruments; the technology has changed a bit. You should check to make sure though, as to their regulations.
