Perfect fit, all holes line up. Includes a little lanyard loop on the edge. It's something the oem model lacks. I'd use that loop to secure the GoPro to whatever you are attaching it too, just in case it gets knocked off.

If you want to bling out your GoPro or make it different from everyone elses, get it. There is no way you'll take someone elses camera on accident.
