How to use

• Insert power cord into wall outlet
• Push ON/OFF button and select a clockwise action or counterclockwise action
• Adjust the width of the massage heads for your comfort
• Pre-set massage time is 20 minutes. Power will turn off after 20 minutes
• After using, please turn off and unplug the power cord from the wall

Precautions:

• Do not use or store the Neck Massager in a damp environment
• Do not block the vent hole while using
• The normal time for a massage pillow session should be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the electronic temperature controlled massager will cut off the current automatically. A massage pillow session should not exceed 60 minutes
• Turn off the massage pillow when not in use
• Children under 12 years of age should not use the massage pillow
• Wait 30 minutes after a meal before using the massage pillow
• Pregnant women, persons with high blood pressure or a heart condition should only use the massage pillow after consulting with a medical doctor
