Shapes:
- Try to choose a shape that is the opposite of your body type. If you are tall and thin, look for a slouchy, rounded hobo bag to compliment your figure. If you're short and voluptous, play off opposites by choosing a handbag that is tall and rectangular or long and sleek (like a clutch)
- In general, the rounder your figure, the more structured your bag should be. That doesn't mean that you have to carry a hard box around to counterbalance your womanly shape: rectangular or square silhouettes in soft leathers or fabrics will do the trick

Scale:
- While the shape should oppose your body type for maximum flattery, the size of the bag should be in proportion to your figure
- Think scale here: a woman who is 6 feet tall and a size 14 would look lost with a teensy hand-held bag. A petite size 0 would look overwhelmed by an enormous slouchy bagA shoulder bag's length (where the bottom of the bag hits your body) will accentuate whatever part of the body it comes near

Tips:
- Take time in a store to try on handbags in front of a mirror just like you would apparel
- Don't be tempted by trendy shapes that don't suit your figure: there are plenty of great alternatives that will work
- Think lifestyle when shopping for handbags: if you're toting diapers and graham crackers, an artsy vintage bag won't hold up
How to Wash Canvas Backpacks:
- Saturate the nylon brush with water and scrub at the outer surfaces of the canvas with the brush. Work the brush firmly onto the surface of the canvas to loosen soiling and stains. Blot at stains and water on the surface of the backpack with a towel to remove the water from the backpack
- Mix approximately 1 tsp. of laundry detergent with 2 cups of warm water in the small bowl. Dip the nylon brush into the soapy water and use the soap-filled brush to remove any stubborn stains from the outside of the backpack. Continue working until you remove as much soiling and stains as possible. Saturate a cloth with warm water and use it to rinse away the mild soap from the backpack canvas
- Spray the dry-cleaning solvent carefully over any stains that remain. Place a towel on the underside of the backpack fabric to absorb excess solvent as you apply it. Saturate the stain with the solvent and allow the solvent to soak into the canvas for approximately five minutes. Blot at the stain with a clean cloth to remove the stain completely. Rinse away the dry-cleaning solvent with a damp cloth soaked in water
- Allow the backpack to dry completely (outdoors in the sunshine, preferably)
- Reproof the backpack to restore its water resistance. Fill the inside of the backpack with a large bath towel to absorb any spray that seeps through the backpack. Zip the backpack closed. Spray the canvas proofing spray liberally over the entire outside surface of the backpack. Pay special attention to seams, zippers and pockets to ensure you coat every surface
- Allow the backpack to dry again for 3 to 5 days before using it

03-16-2012- Other Thoughts: The color is pretty much what is pictured, the leather has held up nicely even under rain. I would argue this backpack is perfect for someone who needs a professional/stylish looking bag, but needs more space than a messenger bag can offer. Highly recommended.

03-08-2012- Other Thoughts: Good product and seems very solid to use. I brought it for school and it have lot of different layer for the book and computer so very easy to use. only things is that it a bit of heavy for for a backpack, however, for the use for school is ok, because I more like to have a well design one than to have a light one with poor pattern. But in all I like it. It have very thick leather and all edge is covered with copper, by which protect the leather from scratch.

The blue lining is very bright but not overpowering. I feel comfortable taking it to my office and through the airport as well. I am more than pleased with it.
