How to Use a Floor Mat:
- A floor mat is a great way to turn any spot into an exercise spot. You can take it out at the gym, in your bedroom or at the hotel when you're on a business trip. It's also a great way to turn a hard surface into a comfortable workout spot. All you have to do is find one that fits you, travels well and stores easily
- Research the different kinds of floor mats available. Some roll out and are easy to transport. Others fold out and take up more space, such as the ones that you find at the gym. Pick the best style for you
- Find the right workout spot. If you're in a gym, find the open workout area so you have room to move around. If you are in your bedroom or living room, you may need to rearrange the furniture to fit your mat. Make sure you consider how much space around the mat you need. If you're doing stretches, then you only need a small amount of space. If you're doing yoga or working with an exercise ball, you may need more room to move your arms and legs around
- Clean your mat on both sides with disinfectant spray. Using a good cleaner will protect you from any of the dirt, debris and bacteria the mat picks up when you use it in public spaces
- Roll the mat up and store it in a clean spot in your car or house. Try to find a nice, dry area to protect the mat from any moisture

How to Clean a Bath Anti-Slip MatWet bathtubs and showers are safety hazards to people of all ages. Anti-slip bath mats provide powerful suction and solid grips on slippery tub surfaces to prevent devastating injuries from slipping and falling. As with bathtub surfaces, bath mats are exposed to soap scum, grime and body oils daily. Dirty bath mats attract mold, mildew and bacteria, which promote unhealthy environments in bathrooms. Clean bath mats frequently with simple household solutions to remove grime buildup and kill contaminates.
Things You'll Need:- Bathtub
- 2 tbsp. liquid dish detergent
- Sponge
- Nylon scrub brush
- 1 1/2 cups household bleach
- Clean bucket
Instructions
- Fill the bathtub with 2 inches of warm water. Pour 2 tbsp. of liquid dish detergent under the running water to create a soapy solution.
- Place the bath mat in the soapy bath water. Scrub the front side of the mat with a sponge.
- Flip over the bath mat to expose the anti-slip surface. Squirt a dime-size amount of liquid dish detergent onto a nylon scrub brush.
- Scrub the tiny suction cups with the brush to remove accumulated debris. Once both sides of the bath mat are clean, drain out the tub water.
- Rinse the bath mat with warm water from the tub's faucet. Lay the mat in the bathtub.
- Mix 1 gallon of water with 1 1/2 cups of household bleach in a clean bucket. Carefully pour half of the bleach solution over the bath mat. Keep the bleach solution on the mat for 10 minutes.
- Repeat the disinfectant process on the other side of the bath mat. Lay the bath mat over the tub to air-dry
Tips & Warnings
- You can substitute a sink or washbasin for the bathtub
- You can substitute kerosene for the liquid dish detergent
- Do not put the bath mat in the dryer; excess heat may melt the rubber

03-20-2011- Other Thoughts: Finally something that works the way its suppose to right off the bat!!!! YEA! It stays put in my tub. It feels great on my feet! It looks nice and is constructed well! Its worth every penny! Who cares if there was a slight plastic smell at first like other reviews said....I am glad I didn't listen to those because for the first time in along time its a purchase I enjoyed from the start.

12-09-2010- Other Thoughts: Looks good and stays put, but is easy to remove for cleaning. I rinse and hang it up to keep it fresh, non-slimy and mold-free. I've had it for several months and it still looks great. Also washes up easily in the laundry.

11-24-2010- Other Thoughts: Got this for the guest bathroom. It covers almost the entire bath, which is great! There's a few pealing stains on the bottom of our tub, and even though the product is clear: the stains are not shown (I didn't even think about it when I bought it), so I am VERY happy with my purchase :)
