• You can use cotton ball or cleansing pad for this step. It is important to cleanse face before starting facial. Tie your hair back and away from face with a hair band. Put some cleansing cream or lotion on your left palm (if you are right-handed). With the help of cleansing pad spread the cleansing cream or lotion around your face and neck. Very gently massage your face for five to ten minutes using the cleansing pad or fingers
