10-19-2010- Other Thoughts: I used this Cake Mold Pan for little tea cakes using a banana bread recipe and it worked really well. I sprayed the pan with cooking spray with flour and brushed the cooking spray evenly over the pan with a pastry brush. All the cakes turn out great and there was no sticking at all! I am very happy with the result.

12-28-2010- Other Thoughts: I often use this Cake Mold Pan when I make filled chocolates. While it doesn't give the shiny texture of a traditional chocolate mold, it's much easier to pop the chocolates out once they're set. <br/>The product was very pretty

12-13-2010- Other Thoughts: I purchased this Cake Mold Pan two months ago, it's easy to use and stands oven heat without any problem. No need to add any anti-stick spray or film, just peel off the brownies easily after baking. Once cooled down, I clean it with a little bit of detergent and running water. This first mold looks like brand new, so good that I just purchased 3 more to do more brownies at once.
