Your pageant evening gown should fit properly in regards to size and style. Keep in mind that trendy dresses may not be your best option. It is more important for the judges to remember you and not your clothes
Instructions:- Your evening gown for a beauty pageant should be of a style and color appropriate for you and for the pageant. If you are a teen avoid slinky fitted beaded gowns. By the same token, avoid ruffles and bows if you are a Miss. It doesn't matter the price of your gown, is the overall impression of you in it that counts
- The style should flatter your figure and be in good taste. The neckline should compliment the shape of your face. Stay away from plunging necklines, excessive cleavage, backless or very low cut gowns. Every formal evening gown must be floor length and professionally tailored in order to avoid wrinkles or puckers as you walk on stage
- The shoes for your gown can be clear or the same color as the bottom of the pageant gown. Choose a classic pump or nice sandals and avoid clunky shoes. The height of the heel should be at least 3 inches
- Jewelry should enhance your look and not over power it. Include rhinestone or crystal earrings that match the gown and which are longer than the earrings used for the swimsuit. Any other type of jewelry pulls the judges' attention off your face
How to Clean Gowns:
Whether you tried on one or 100 dresses, your wedding gown will be one of your most treasured garments. After photographs, receiving lines, dinner and dancing, however, your dress may look less than treasured. Cleaning a wedding dress or other gown, whether at home or professionally, is essential to return it to its former glory
Instructions:- Pretest a spot on the dress hem with mild hand soap and water. Wait for it to dry to see how the dress reacted
- Place a small amount of the mild soap on a toothbrush
- Rub each stain gently with the toothbrush
- Rub still-visible stains again with the mild soap on the toothbrush
- Fill a bathtub with lukewarm water
- Submerge the dress in the water. You may fill the tub with soapy water, but removing soap sufficiently from the dress is difficult without completely draining the tub and refilling it with clean water
- Lay the dress flat to dry without ringing it out first
- Iron the dress with a clean iron to remove wrinkles
- Place the dress in an acid-free box wrapped in acid-free tissue paper. It should be kept in a cool, dry place away from light

11-16-2011- Other Thoughts: I have ordered this dress for my Junior Prom. I received the dress within a week of ordering it, and I was amazed at the quality. I ordered the medium to make sure that it would fit so I could just alter it if it was too big, but I decided to return it for the small instead. My boyfriend wanted me to get the black one instead of the teal, so I can't say I was incredibly adventurous in this purchase, but it is still such a beautiful dress! I am definitely a satisfied customer with PacificPlex

11-10-2011- Other Thoughts: I received several compliments when I wore this dress to a recent ball. It looked better on than in the picture. But, be careful with the sizing - I ordered my regular size and I had to struggle to get it on... but, when I got it on - it was gorgeous!! If I had to order this dress from this seller again I'd order a size larger!

10-12-2011- Other Thoughts: It has been a few months since my Son's wedding, but I had to still send some love about the off-the-shoulder evening dress I purchased from Pacific Plex. It was all that I hoped it to be. The quality and making of the dress was outstanding. The color was beautiful and style. The only problem was I am very small and I found they run a little bigger than stated, but easy enough to have taken in than it being too small.. Thank you very much a dress that will go down in history in our family. I recieved so many compliments and for the price others thought I spent several hundred on the dress.. when all it was was a 100. shipping very timely..

09-20-2011- Pros: I bought this gown to wear to an upcoming work Ball. Was really amazed by the quality in the finish of the seams and ruching. Fits me at 5'5" and 120 lbs nicely except a tad long.
- Cons: It is a little too long, and I possibly would have gone with a lighter shade than the Grape.
- Other Thoughts: Thrilled with the service and quick turn around - would definitely use Dino again.

08-31-2011- Other Thoughts: I recently purchased this silk floor length evening dress on a Tuesday for my sister's prom occurring that following Friday. I accidentally ordered it for standard shipping but contacted the seller who shipped it the same day express for only an extra $16. There was no price gouging or problem and the dress arrived 2 days later. The dress was in perfect condition and required very few altering and my sister was ready for prom even after purchasing last minute.

08-03-2011- Other Thoughts: I purchased this evening dress for one of my daughters for prom. The dress was a little large but all it took was having a seam sewn down the back and it fit perfectly! She looked gorgeous and sophisticated in it and had a terrific time at the dance. We will definitely be checking out the selections next year when she goes to her senior prom. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an inexpensive dress for a special occasion.

I love the color (cocoa) which goes with the colors (chocolate & ivory) of my wedding. I purchased this as a second dress for the reception. Now I have to find the perfect shoes.
