For Cancellation:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled within 1-3 days after payment will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product sales price.
Orders canceled after 3 days of payment will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

The fastest shipping - expedited shipping takes 5-6 days for the shipment. The standard shipping takes 5-9 days. The super saver shipping takes 15-20 days for the shipment. Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.

A:You can change your order within 48 hours after you have paid your order, by contacting DinoDirect Live Support and send an email to us at cs-center@dinodirect.com, if more than 48 hours, we could not change your order any more.

A:If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inches on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

Q:How to Preserve my Dress?

Other Thoughts: This dress is just amazing! It hugs everything and hides everything all at the same time! <br/>I am not a normal size; I ALWAYS have the problem that something will fit my chest and be too big in the waist, or fit my waist, but be too small in the chest. This thing hugs you just right no matter your size. Make sure you measure yourself.

Other Thoughts: I ordered this Evening Dresses for a wedding Im attending next week. The size chart that's in the pictures is what you should go by. I ordered the small, and this specific dress fit realllllllyyyyyy tight around the hips and down over the butt, not loose like it was in the picture. WOuld look great out on a friday night.The actual dress itself was beautiful, very neatly made, and was shipped very quickly. Seller is excellent.

Other Thoughts: This Evening Dresses was great for the price. I wore it to my friend's wedding and received several compliments. The only negative thing about the dress was the pockets which seemed to protrude a little.
