02-14-2011- Other Thoughts: The price was right for this ab wheel so I jumped on it and bought it. The quality is very good - I've used it a bunch and it's still going strong. The non-skid AB Wheel Rollers are great because I use it on a hard wood floor and I need good stability and is doesn't scuff up the floor. It's easy to assemble which is a plus. I would suggest to anyone who is a beginner at this to watch videos online about how to use it. For me it really tones my abs and my arms. But definitely don't solely rely on this ab wheel to get washboard abs. Exercising and eating right are a lot more important. If you do those two things and use this Abdominal Wheel Roller you will see results. Remember no pain no gain :)

02-14-2011- Other Thoughts: at first I was a little worried about buying this after reading some reviews, but i bought it anyways and im VERY glad i did. This AB Wheel Roller is perfect, EASY to assemble (for me at least. Lots of other reviews people said it was super hard to put the handles on, which was not the case for me, maybe they got tighter made handles, idk), the wheel is a bit small but that doesnt bother me, or my bf at all, and it rolls with ease. I do recommend this to anyone who wants a good hard workout, of course if you dont care about getting the expensive hardcore looking kinds. im telling you this was just perfect. :)

01-07-2011- Other Thoughts: I bought this little ab wheel almost 18 months ago, and have used it three times a week ever since. At the time, I had a lower back pain on and off since giving birth to my son 6 years ago and crunches and sit-ups made the pain worse. Happy exercise!

01-19-2011- Other Thoughts: I bought this ab wheel like 2 1/2 weeks ago. so far it has worked for me. My arms and abs look better already and i hope to get better results in a few more weeks. i would recommend this product.

12-30-2010- Other Thoughts: Great cheap ab workout (IF YOU HAVE GOOD FORM). Came 2 days early and I already am near a six pack (less than a month), although I wasn't weak before. Perfect addition to home exercise setup.
