How to Replace a Hooded Sweatshirt String:
Some sweatshirts have hoods, making them both stylish and functional. A hoodie keeps a nice, warm head cover handy for whenever the wind kicks up or the temperature drops. The hood's drawstring closes the warm fleece around your head, to keep out the cold air. These drawstrings sometimes get broken or pulled out of the hood. But you can remedy this by installing a replacement drawstring from a fabric store, with little time and effort
- Pull the old hoodie drawstring, or whatever remains of it, completely out of the hood. Tie a knot in one end of your new hood drawstring
- Stick a safety pin through the fabric at the other end of the replacement drawstring. Close the safety pin securely
- Push the safety pinned into the opening at one side of the drawstring tunnel. Pinch the tunnel together behind the pinned drawstring end, and push the pin farther up the tunnel -- making it bunch up around the pin and drawstring. Pinch the leading end of the pin, and pull the bunched material to flatten it down over the string
- Grip the material behind the pin, and push it farther through the tunnel. Pinch the head of the pin, and pull the bunched material down flat over more of the drawstring. Repeat the process of pushing, pinching and pulling, until the pin emerges through the hole in the other side of the hood
- Remove the safety pin from the leading end of the new hood drawstring. Untie the knot at the other end, and pull the drawstring through until both sides of the string are at equal lengths

11-26-2011- Other Thoughts: A really comfy hoody designer sweatshirt with long sleeves that go over my hands which is perfect. Very warm and fluffy inside and durable outside. Does leave you covered in fluff if you wear it before washing and there was still some fluff after the first wash but no more afterwards. The hood is big and fits nicely. Doesn't attach to the shoulders of the hoody unlike some stupid looking ones. Great buy for bargin, simple colour hoody.

11-18-2011- Other Thoughts: This men Sweatshirt is soft to the touch, as well as warm from the thermal insulation. I am confident I will have many years of wear from this jacket. Also, I would like to comment on the speedy delivery, eventhough it was during Christmas time, I received the jacket before expected or estimated. I highly recommend this item.
