General Faucet Installation Instruction:
Step 1: Position the Faucet

Cleaning Methods:
- Cleaning Surface: Use cleaning agents to clean the dirt regularly. The water faucet should be rinsed with clean water and wipe it with a soft cotton cloth to keep surface clean before scrub the faucet. Do not wipe the faucet with abrasive cleaners, hard cloth, paper towels, wire ball and acidic or coarse material
- Cleaning Filter: Remove the air bubble and remove the filter. Then scrub the filter with a toothbrush or small brush under the tap
How to Fix a Leaky Faucet?
Step 1
- Turn off the water supply to the leaky faucet. Water shutoffs are often located under the sink but in older homes there may only be one main water shut off for the entire house, usually located where the water pipe enters (often facing the street)
Step 2
- Open the faucet and let any water in the pipes drain out
Step 3
- Put in the sink drain plug or put a towel in the sink bottom. Faucets have small screws and you don't want to lose one down the drain
Step 4
- Remove the faucet handle. Virtually all handles are attached with a screw often hidden under a decorative cap that can be pried off with a small screwdriver
Step 5

How to Keep Water Faucets From Freezing?
- Wrap insulating tape around any exposed pipes, especially those in cold areas like a basement
- Open kitchen and bathroom cabinets. This allows the warm air in the home to circulate around pipes
- Caulk any cracks or holes around exposed pipes. For example, caulk any cracks in the sink or bathtub, especially near the faucet and handles
- Allow faucets to trickle both hot and cold water. The continuous flow of water, even at a drip, prevents the pressure buildup that causes burst pipes

06-06-2011- Other Thoughts: Instructions are easy and clear. It can be installed on a single hole sink, but it also includes the chrome base plate in case you are replacing a three hole faucet. You will need a small jar or tube of plumber's putty. I replaced a 14 year old Moen three hole faucet with this very impressive looking faucet. I like the height of the neck ... we can get large pots under it ... and the hose is great for rinsing. Easy to use buttons switch from stream to spray mode. I had this faucet installed in under two hours, including removing the old faucet. Actually, taking off the old pipes, removing the old faucet and cleaning up the area in preparation for the new install took most of the time. Of course, getting in under the sink is always a chore!!

06-08-2011- Other Thoughts: Good faucet. Not sure if its the new sink (deep cast iron) or the faucet, it seems to spray more outside of the sink. I think its the height of the faucet. This faucet sits high. Like the button to switch spray, last one I had was on top and harder to switch. Pull out is nice and smooth. Sits in the craddle with ease. Haven't been installed long so not sure of durablity over time yet.

06-02-2011- Other Thoughts: I finally purchased this faucet after a couple of weeks of researching pull out faucets on the net and in the stores. So far very happy with it. I put it in my newly remodeled kitchen on a quartz countertop. I liked that it was so contemporary and somewhat simple looking. If ordering it online - keep in mind it is one of the taller pull out faucets available - which as previous comments state - makes it nice for filling large pots. My friend who installed it said it was a very easy install. I have not noticed a lot of splash back as other comments have mentioned - because this faucet is super easy to decrease or increase water flow.

05-23-2011- Other Thoughts: Very easy to install, the hard job in my case, was removing the existing faucet. Had to resort to a side grinder, to remove it from the top side.

05-11-2011- Other Thoughts: We replaced both kitchen sink and faucet in a manufactured home. Both the sink and faucet that we bought initially had to be returned because they wouldn't fit our space. In the faucet's case, we have a kitchen window just above the sink that impeded the functioning of the other faucet we bought. A common problem with kitchen faucets we were told when we returned the first faucet. This faucet is tall enough to clear the window sill. And it is beautiful and we love it's functions. The pullout handle works easily and smoothly. And it's easy to install. I, a 65-year-old woman, installed it easily.
