In any business it is important to stay organized. Organization will help to increase productivity and allow your business to run more efficiently. If your business requires you to keep documents, knowing how to organize using file boxes will ensure that you have easy access to the documents that you need when you need them.
Instructions:- Sort your business documents into categories
- Create a file label for each category of documents that you have to file
- Affix the labels to file boxes in alphabetical order, beginning with the first label at the far left of the first file and placing the next label on the next file so that it sits to the right of the first label. Continue staggering your labels this way until you reach the far right of a file and then start with the next label at the far left again
- Insert the labeled files into file cabinet drawers, keeping the files in alphabetical order
- Sort each category of documents into subcategories, if necessary
- Label expandable file folders for each subcategory you have created
- Insert your documents into the appropriate file folders and place the file folders into the files for that category. If you have any categories of documents that did not require subcategories, simply place those documents directly into the file boxes

06-09-2011- Other Thoughts: I bought a few of portable file boxes cause my work needs. I spend much time on finding and tidying file. One of the folder was broke up, maybe cause I put so many files inside and the Document Holder followed me everyday, no matter I am on a business trip or in office. In short, it can't be used for a long time as I hope.
