    Have been happy with product although was not sent item I thought I purchased. Control face only has 3 buttons not 4, headset is not screw in but plug in. I was not concerned at the time as sound and performance were very good. However, one of the speakers in the headset is breaking up and is sounding cracking as though speaker has gone.Only used 3 times when problem presented.

    I have the same problem as stephen as I received the 3 bottons with plug in earphones.
