    Good customer service not rewarded

    Hi, I just contacted customer service through an online chat, spoke with emily, she was very helpful & pleasant, the outcome was great, but unfortunately I disconected chat before I could leave rating feedback score for emily. So just wanted to let it be known that the customer service this time was outstanding 5 star rating.

    I've been with Customer Service too. I think it's best to chat with a random agent again, then ask for a Supervisor.

    That way, you can be sure that she gets rewarded.
