FAULTY TABLET AND NO ONE WANTS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. Have been requesting rma since 29/12/2011.This is not good customer relations.

I am pretty sure that yours is an isolated incident, as far as not receiving immediate assistance. I have always had excellent customer service from DinoDirect. I am sure they will make good on the problem.
