I need a laser pointer with a power that shoot a beam that is visible, but the beam is not solid. Or in other words, what is the minimum wattage of the laser for the green beam to show.

I highly recommend this one to you.

I have a 30mW green pointer which has a very visible beam at night. In daylight you can't see it at all, but you can see it (faintly) under artificial light.
To be visible during the day you'd probably need >50mW but remember these things are dangerous!
