    Please can you help me.

    I purchased this Miroad E7001 ebook reader through your website, on Saturday 26th February. I received it through the post on Saturday 12th March, which was great it didn't take long at all.


    I connected the ebook to my PC to charge it, but I did not see any instructions or anything to click on appear on my computer screen at all, so I could not charge this on my PC.

    I did however charge it through the adapter plugged into the wall.


    Now my Miroad E7001 is charged I wanted to download books off the internet. So I plugged my ebook into my PC with the USB cable (as it instructs in the manual that came with my ebook), and again no instructions or anything to click appeared on my computer screen for me to download.

    The only thing that changed, was the screen on my ebook now showed a picture of a PC and cable connected to the book.


    I bought this Miroad E7001 through your website and paid for it through PayPal.

    Please can you help me Was there supposed to be a software disc or something else included in my package? Why can I not charge my ebook by my PC or download?


    It also mentions in the pack that a leather case for my Miroad E7001 ebook reader is included, this is missing.

    I bought this as a christmas present for my wife. Cannot get the thing to work. Has anyone got a foolproof way of getting ebooks to download and open on the piece of S***. Have tried all the advise from previous writers to no avail.

    Should have spent the extra dollars and bought a Kindle.

    I guess you get what you pay for!!!!!!!.

    Go to settings, then language, then select English

    You can download itunes software for free to your pc. then download their books then connect the ereader to your pc. open the drive like you would any other and you can just drag and drop the books from your iTunes to whatever "drive" your ebook is in.

    You can download itunes software for free to your pc. then download their books then connect the ereader to your pc. open the drive (mine is F) like you would any other and you can just drag and drop the books from your iTunes to whatever "drive" your ebook is in.

    same thing has happened to me and i didnt get a case either. I just wish there was an easier way to communicate with the company and dino direct.

    i downloaded the adobe digital editions but couldnt work out how to get the books from it to the ebook could you give me more information you seem very connected with this stuff and i would appreciate it greatly

    Forgot to relate wehat the email Dino Direct sent me - it asked me to find a string of Chinese characters on the eBook - what a trip! They actually sent me the characters in an email - all in Chinese -

    I was able to finally get back to English on my Miroad; have dowenloaded a large number of books, but now it won't let me access them - getting a message tyhat says"Invalid Active Info" Anyone know what this means and what I need to do to get to my books?

    I have the same problem; got mine today; it is only showing Chinese and nno instructions on how to get English; no leather case with mine, either; I tried to use my Adobe Library and it won't work; I have a Sony library of books and when I downloaded one to the eReader, it wiped ouot my entire library. Any suggestions? Thanks - Peg K.

    Hi Lisa
    I had same problem
    Download adobe digital editions, it is free then you can download books through this program to your reader.
    I found out through trial and error.
    Books on board is a good site to buy books
    Once you work it out the reader works well.
    I get about 8 hrs reading out of the battery.

    Good luck trying to get a answer from anyone at this company.I bought the same item and put up four post on this website and not had a reply yet.Hope you have better luck than me!!!!!!!!
