    Hi,

    Isn't it normal to receive Dinopoints for purchases? How come my order 59957658-DD didn't receive any Dinopoints? I don't mean points for the delayed order, I mean points for the original order.

    Dear Tet-Yoon,

    Thanks for the information here.As for the order 59957658-DD,we found that you paid it by giftcard,so there is no dinopoints for this order.For an order paid by giftcard, the price would not be issued DinoPoint.Your understanding would be highly appreciated.
