    I have a modded 30mW laser from this site (not this one though). It can pop balloons because the point gets small enough, so there's a *slight* chance that you could get this to pop a balloon if you mod it and use a magnifying glass (although this could damage the casing of the laser and make it look ugly--it did to mine).

    no it will not... alone
    it will need some help. the minimum for a burning lasers are 200mw
