I've been waiting for a solution and posted my complains.Honestly you are not a safe website. You deleted my posts and didn't give me a solution. I sent you all my payment information and bank statement proofing that i did the payment and now I don't get a reply from you. I tied calling the phone number that shoes up in the website, but is says that it's not available. You say that we cam pay with boleto that's what I did and my order still shows up as unpaid?? Global Collect of Brasil has millions of complains that they keep the money, if they didn't send you the money I paid that's not my fault, since you are the ones that has a deal with them. All I knoe is that I paid for my order and I want a solution from you.
We only delete the repeated posts of one friend in our forum, because we do think every customer is important to us, we will read and reply every post carefully, and we should give more person chances to give us feedback here in this forum. According to your email address, there is an unpaid order(V9083760-DD) in our system. Would you please contact the bank company to have a check? If you paid for this order sucessfully, there would be transaction number. Would you please post your transaction number here? Then we will contact our account manager to look into this case for you. How many time do I have to send you the information? I sent by email. I live in Brazil and got a BOLETO. I already sent the bank information that proves that I paid for the order, I sent it by email. The problem is that the company in Brazil ( Global Collect) Is not sending you the money costumers pay for the boleto. But again, that's not my problem...you should stop working with that company. All I know is that I paid for my order and I want my products. If Global Collect didn't forward you the amount that's something you need to resolve with them and not me.
