Is it really that powerful? Will that light a match?

It's a nice laser for such cheap price, and more powerful than other lasers of a similar price. I have been using this for several months, it works well and has strong focus.

$400! It's too pricy to buy a beam magnifier. I even can buy 3 100mw green lasers here.

i think the power needs to be around 100mW before it can light matches but i think thats with green lasers

you can also get beam magnifiers but they cost around $400 each sooooo thats not practical to buy

The only way it will work is if you have enough time to burn one match, before it dies.

It would require an additional lens (aka-magnifying glass).

It is not strong enough to light a match. I bought a 200mw red laser pointer here which can light a match in a short time.
