    Iwant to know why my order are not complete and the information given to me about the balance is not correct therefore I need the whole balance but if not available then I should have another replacement.

    Just a suggestion, always expect that your order will be a bit late. I have already encountered a lot of this scenario, though I always get the product I purchased.
