I have paid for and expecting this item. I received an email saying there was a delay. I have purchased this for my daughter's 40th birthday in early March and am willing to wait and will pay for express postage if neccessary or even accept the purple one. Can I do this? I have had no luck with the online help. They don't seem to answer my questions! Maybe for some reason they are not receiving my questions. Thank you
