    If you are ordering from DD, when the price is too good, be careful. They will take your money and tell you lots of reasons, but refuse to send out the items or just partial delivery, or even bother to refund out of stock items.

    DD wrote to me
    "we are writing to inform you that the total amount for the items in your order 99428660-DD is 316.62USD, we shipped the items that are 213.24USD in total. Since you paid 99.38USD for your whole order by our system issue, we can't offer you the giftcard for the out of stock item. If you do want the giftcard, could you please pay the price difference to us?Thank you for your understanding. "

    Seems like DD is going to ignore my claim here.

    Still no news from Dinodirect customer service other than asking me to pay extra on what I am not suppose to pay.

    Can some one please give comments? It is fair if after you paid for an invoice in full, the seller asked you to pay more because he under charged you?

    Dinodirect doesn't want to honor its system, price list, and invoicing system.

    After i paid, they refuse to send out the items and want me to pay more?

    Are you saying that when some one orders something from Dinodirect, and make full payment, you can refuse to send the items because your put the price too low?

    You need to honor the price that your advertise or whatever displayed on Dinodirect or put to your customer. This is common sense and ethical code of any business.

    Otta said this. I don't know what sort of mistake is that, if it your mistake, don't pass to me. I pay, your system approved the order, as customer, I expect you to deliver as promised. Very simple. Nothing more, nothing less.
