Very Helpful Tool

These glasses are very helpful in spotting a measuring tool laser beam spot against a muddled, excessively bright, or geometrically confused background. I have used them when measuring to a bare stud wall, a fire blackened wall and a sun washed concrete or stucco wall, quickly setting the measure point.

Pretty good for outdoors

The glasses really help see red lasers outdoors. On very sunny days it still is visible, but I generally have to aim and 'walk' it along the floor until I reach the point I'm trying to hit with the laser. At least it is visible in the daylight with these glasses. I suggest you have a white Bristol board to help make the laser more visible and easier to aim.

Improves Visibility

These glasses are fairly comfortable and improve the visibility of laser lines in high ambient light situations. They can be used over regular eyeglasses but not as comfortably.

Laser glasses are not found at your local Home Depot or Lowes, so I was thrilled to find them on Dinodirect. They are good quality and perform exactly as they should. I am now able to use my laser measurer outside in the sunlight with no problems.

Not only do these glasses work, they are comfortable, cool and sturdy. I was impressed at how they enhance the laser beam in daylight. They are a must for outdoor laser work. If you really want a rush, wear them outdoors right after sunset - or on a cloudy day. Where were these glasses in the sixties? Green lasers are fairly visible in daylight with the naked eye. I bet viewing a green laser through green lenses would really knock your socks off.

Good glasses

I needed sunglasses with laser protection. I found these affordable sunglasses and bought 3 different styles and love them all. They are stylish too. I always get compliments when I wear them. I have a pair in my car, a pair in my husband's car and a pair in the house so I am never without eye protection.

Inexpensive, and they still work! I've seen similar pairs of laser protection goggles on other websites that look exactly the same, but cost $40! This will definitely protect your eyes against green lasers. I'll post a picture up of me shooting a laser through it; the green laser will not pass through at all.

I didn't like the little side-extensions, and it's a little uncomfortable if you don't have it adjusted properly. I prefer more of a generic length.

Even if you don't need this for use with a green laser pointer, it's still pretty cool. It filters out everything except red, so everything looks way cooler. My roommate said that when he looked outside, it seemed like a fantasy world with a red sky and all.
