How to Use a Hair Clipper:
Using a hair clipper can save you money. But if you do not know what you are doing and do not know how to properly use one you will end up doing yourself more harm than good. There are a few things you can do beforehand to ensure safe use of a hair clipper and ensure getting the most out of your hair cutting experience. How to Care for Clippers:
- Brush and wash guide combs after each use. To keep guide combs clean, remove them, brush hair out with your clipper brush and then clean the guide combs with hot, soapy water. The website warns users not to submerge the actual clippers in water because it is dangerous and can damage your clippers
- Lubricate your clippers with clipper oil or lubricant on a regular basis, depending on how often you use them. 05-09-2011- Other Thoughts: This unit feels and functions just like a real barbershop buzzer. Very sturdy but not overly heavy. I had no problem 1 handing it behind my head and I'm no bodybuilder! The main cutting plate is solid steel and when you turn it on, it really makes the same hard CLUNK sound that the professional ones do.

03-16-2011- Other Thoughts: I had a lot of broken guards and the blades were starting to make a lot of noise. I did some research and found these to be a decent set for the price. It has so many guards and the clipper itself cuts really solidly. I like the extra trimmer to cut the sideburns. I cut my hair every 2 or 3 weeks now and have no worries that it isnt cutting evenly. If it does cut unevenly its my fault!
