How to Wear a Bridal Comb?
With your wedding veil in hand, you may be finding it challenging to attach the veil to your head using the bridal comb attached to the veil. Since most veils require the use of a bridal comb, with some practice leading up to the wedding, you should have the hang of wearing the bridal comb by the day of your wedding- Choose a wedding hairstyle. - Slide comb into hair at the top or back of head. With updo hairstyles you can choose to slide the comb into the hair on the top or back of your head. Slide the comb into your hair so that the teeth of the comb are facing toward the back or the bottom of your head
- Push and secure the comb in place. Push the teeth of the comb into your hair until the hair covers all of the teeth on the bridal comb and the veil covers the bridal comb. For a more secure placement, you can insert the teeth of the bridal comb at an angle, rotate the comb backwards after the comb is in your hair and hold it in further place, if necessary, with bobby pins

Using combs for bridal hairstyles is a very popular look. Bridal combs come in all shapes and sizes. You can use combs that look like tiaras, flower vines, single flowers or vintage feathers. A comb can make the look of your wedding day hairstyle, and there are a variety of ways to use them so you can ensure the look is exactly your own. When choosing a wedding hairstyle using combs, search and find pictures of styles you like, and then use those pictures to shop for the perfect hair accessory and to guide your hairdresserUpdo
- A comb can be a beautiful accent piece in your wedding updo. After the updo is completed, slide a comb into the side of top of the hair, so it just peaks around or over the top of your head. For instance, a more formal updo may require a more formal comb, whereas a style that is down and loose may allow for something more non-traditional.
Side
- If you prefer hair that is loose and flowing for your wedding day, a comb in the side of your hair can be just the addition you need to make your wedding hairstyle. A comb can be used to pull the hair on one side of your head back away from your face, in a sweeping, glamorous style. A comb also can be inserted into the side of your hair to add a pretty sparkle to a simple look.
Half-Updo
- If you hair is pulled back into a half style, a comb can be used similarly to the regular updo. A comb can be inserted into the side of the half-updo, where the hair is gathered. A comb can also be used to cover the pins that pull the hair back in the back center of the hair. If you choose to wear a veil, it can then be tucked beneath the pretty hair comb to make it less noticeable.
