How to Remove Ink From a Leather Handbag:
It is not uncommon for a leather handbag to become stained from ink. After all, we do put pens in our handbags, and those pens can leak or accidentally mark our bags. You can clean ink stains yourself with a soft cloth, a little soap, water and possibly rubbing alcohol
- Fill a small bowl with warm water. Add a few drops of a mild detergent such as Ivory or Dove. Stir with your fingers to ensure the soap is well-blended with the water
- Dip the edge of a clean, soft cloth into the bowl of soapy water. Squeeze out the excess water so the cloth tip is moist
- Dab the ink stain with the moistened tip of the soft cloth. Blot the moisture up with a dry edge of the cloth. Keep dabbing and blotting until the stain is gone. Re-moisten the edge of the cloth as needed. If the edge of the cloth begins to look dirty, switch to a clean edge
- For tougher stains, apply rubbing alcohol to a clean, soft cloth. Wipe the ink stain with the cloth. Apply sparingly and let the alcohol dissolve the stain. Repeat if necessary. After the stain is gone, wipe the spot with the soapy water mixture and dry it with a clean, soft cloth

12-17-2011- Other Thoughts: Also the reviews said the buckles were very heavy and made the Flap Handbag fall over. I would totally agree that if the Ladies Leather Handbag doesn't have very much in it, it will fall.
