Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?.
1. The address can be changed
The order status is order paid, order approved, supply preparing, partially shipped or
out of stock. When you want to change your address, you can first come to
My Account to check the order status. And then please contact our customer representative or Live Chat as soon as possible.

2. The address cannot be changed
The order status is finished. In this circumstance, the address cannot be changed.

Note: On the other hand,in some circumstances the package may have already left our warehouse before your request is processed and thus address cannot be changed.

Order Status Terms.

To find the most recent shipping information concerning a order, Please log into My Account to check your order status.

The following terms indicate the status of an order:

1. Submitted orders:
The customer successfully submitted their order to

2. Order Paid: Your order has been paid and is ready to be approved by our system. A confirmation Email will be sent to you once your order goes through in a few minutes.

Supply preparing: In the following 3 steps your order status is under supply preparing.

Step 1: We are stocking up your item, and will ship it out if the item is available in stock. 

Step 2: Your order is under quality inspection and ready to be packaged, but sometimes it will fail to be shipped out because the quality of the item is substandard. In that case, the last order status will indicate out of stock.

Step 3: Your item is available for packaging. We will pack it and ship it out as soon as possible.

4. Shipped:
Your package is on the way. As long as you select $2.99 insurance fee for regular post service or EMS, DHL, UPS, Fedex when placing the order, a tracking number will be indicated in Order Tracking of My Account.

5. Partially shipped: Your package is partially shipped. As long as you select $2.99 insurance fee for regular post service or EMS,DHL,UPS,Fedex when placing the order, a tracking number will be sent to you via Email within 24-48 hours and also indicated in Order Tracking of My Account. Regarding the unshipped products, please browse through our website, select one similar item as an exchange, and then inform our customer service representative of the SKU number of the replacement by opening a case or live chat. You may also request a partial refund for the unshipped item(s). The refunds of your order will be directly issued into your Dino Wallet account.

6. Out of Stock: Your order is out of stock, please browse through our website, select one similar item as an exchange, and then inform our customer service representative of the SKU number of the replacement by opening a case or live chat. You may also ask a full refund for the out of stock item(s).The refunds of your order will be directly issued into your Dino Wallet account.

7. Cancelled:
Only three circumstances would cause cancellation of an order:

A. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, cannot process an order at this time.

B. The customer's form of payment was not successfully processed.

C. The customer cancelled the order under a reasonable circumstance.

It may take five days for international orders to appear in your order history. Tracking information for international orders will not be available until your parcel(s) leave the delivery company.

F. If you get another VIP identity freely by consumption when you are enjoying a paid VIP identity at the same time, the paid part will be paused and be reactive after your freely get part is expired.

Return Policy.

Does charge Tax and Customs duties?
DinoDirect is located in Hong Kong and DinoDirect doesn't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges to the price of your order. There is no sale tax or customs duties imposed by Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sale tax when shopping from DinoDirect.

For all of you, anything you buy from us is going to be imported into your country. But in some cases, maybe subject to customs or import duties on delivery. Recipients are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. DinoDirect doesn't provide the service of arranging customs clearance and paying duties, fees and other charges to the customs and other public authorities. Which products cannot be shipped by express shipping method?.

Why is my order shipped separately?.

There are mainly two reasons for that:
1. Some items in your order are back ordered ones. We do not want to delay the delivery of the remains. So items in stock will usually be shipped in advance. Back ordered items will be shipped out timely once they are sourced later.

2. 1. Electronics
The electronics mainly refers to Computers, e-book readers, GPS, Camcorders, Cell phones, Video Games, Mp3, Tablet, TV Boxes, Wearable Devices, Car Electronics.

Electronics and the flashlights with quality issues are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery to customer, once Customer Service has confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose. It is strongly advised customer can provide videos clearly showing the issues. 

2. Customized Dresses
This mainly refers to wedding dress, event dress and other customized dresses.

For a customized dress that’s completely designed and made just for you, such as a wedding gown or special occasion dress, DinoDirect kindly reminds you to check the size chart, color, the processing time to make sure the dress can reach you in time if you need it for a special occasion.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped. You could also check the return policy for customized items on the items description page.

3. Flashlights:
Flashlights with quality issues are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery to the customer.

Once customer service confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose. Please be ready to provide them with photographs or the videos clearly showing any issues related to the item. And if the item(s) can be fixed in the local stores, we would like to offer the compensation for the repair fee up to 100% of the product price.

4. Bra And underwear Items 
In consideration of personal hygiene, bra and underwear items are not available for return excluding a quality issue. (The quality problem must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and pictures clearly showing the defect(s) are necessary). Any return because of unfit size or product not as expected is unacceptable. We will provide an accurate size, please be sure the size is suitable before making purchase.
