    2. DinoDirect will pay for the returning shipping fee by regular post service if customer paid $0.99 insurance fee.

    Billing Cycles and Expiration Dates

    Disabling of Accounts
    Accounts that do not have a valid credit card on file with DinoDirect at the end of the billing cycle for billing will be disabled and all DinoDirect VIP Privileges tools and system access will be discontinued. At such time, the member will have the opportunity described below to enter valid billing information and/or select a subscription term should they choose to return to the site.
    Disabled accounts will be held in an inactive state until such time as a valid form of payment is placed on file.

    Charge Backs
    Every subscriber must agree to the Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are a binding, ongoing contract between you and DinoDirect. A Charge Back is considered a breach of the contract.     VIP Recurring Monthly Subscription Payment Terms

    D. Your V2/V3 identity can be extended for several times as long as you meet the demands. But once it is expired, you can only activate it by paying the membership fee.

    E. Every customer only has one chance to gain the VIP identity freely for each level from V1 to V3 by cumulative payment amount (actually paid part, excluding Giftcard, Rewards, etc)

    F. If you get another VIP identity freely by consumption when you are enjoying a paid VIP identity at the same time, the paid part will be paused and be reactive after your freely get part is expired.

    When can I get a refund after I returned the item.
