Missing Time
  • 1. Missing time for the package(s)



    2.I never received My Order after the missing time.
    We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause if you still have not received the package before the estimated missing time. And what you can do?

    Step1:
     please log into My Account to check the shipping information about your order.
    Note: If you have a tracking number, you should try to contact your local post office with the tracking number, and they may give you some detailed tracking information.

    Step2: Check whether your family members, neighbors, coworkers, building managers, or others have accepted your order if you were not at home during a delivery attempt.

    Step3: In your absence, the postman may have placed your order somewhere near your door, but out of plain view. Look for your order in the  way places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes.

    Step4: If you still cannot locate your past due order, please contact our customer representative or
    Live Chat for assisance. Our work staff will help you to solve the isuue in a timely manner.
