Should I provide tracking number after I return the item?
- The returned items are required to return by local regular post mail. A tracking number with the local regular post mail is necessary due to the high loss rate of international shipping; it is also an evidence for the refund of shipping fee.
Note: DinoDirect won’t take any responsibilities for missing returns so a tracking number is required on your side.
