1. You can select your own professional packager to pack your item particularly and personally. Every time we have 5 professional packagers in different styles, you can choose who you like to pack for you.
2. After packing, you will receive a set of pictures, which are taken when your item is being packed via email and in “My account”. You can see the item you ordered as well as your package in these pictures before you receive it.
3. If the item you ordered is a present for someone, you can request your packager to put a greeting card into the package. Your packager can write your bless words totally according to your requirement on the greeting card.
4. If you don’t want the one who will receive your gift knows the price of this item or information of our company, we can remove the invoice and logo of our company from the package.
5. Your packagers will be dressed differently based on different period to serve you. For example, during the Halloween period, packagers will dress some costumes and pack for you. And during Christmas time, you will see “Santa Claus Packagers”.
6. All the packagers will be replaced periodically within 1-2 weeks, so that you can select different packagers to serve you at each time.
