What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
  • Please do not throw anything (including packaging and partial note/bookmark) away until you have received all the items. 

    If there is no more shipments were made 1 week after you have received your package, please go to My Account
     to request a RMA. Then upload the unique code, which starts with UN shown on the cover of the package.
