Your Order E-mails
1. When we confirm your order or order ID
An email will be sent to your email box once your payment is confirmed, and your order will be prepared by our staff right away.
2. When telephone number is invalid
We will send you an email once we cannot contact you and your order will NOT be processed until we get connection with you.
3. When we need to confirm your shipping information
An email will be sent to you once we need you to confirm your shipping address. We won't send this email to you when your order is ready to be delivered and your shipping has no problem to deliver.
4. When we need more information from you
An email will be sent to you once our system cannot approve your order and we need some more information to approve your order instantly.
5. When tracking No. of your order provided
We will send you an email once we get the tracking ID of your order. And you may check the order status anytime online with such tracking ID.
6. Pending eCheck received, we have to wait for your eCheck payment cleared
An email will be sent to you once your payment is pending which controlled by PayPal or your credit card issuer. Please contact the PayPal or your credit card issuer as soon as you can resolve this problem or the payment has to be cleared within 3-5 business days. Please pay more patience on this issue.
7. When the item(s) which you purchased is(are) out of stock or is(are) partially shipped
We will send an Email to tell you about it. And you may select other item as a replacement. Then just tell us the SKU number of the item.
