Order Cancellation Policy
  • Usually, order can not be cancelled after 5 days you placed the order, because we are processing your order.
    Note: If you decide to cancel the order, please contact our customer representative or Live Chat. Once we get your request, we will give you a satisfactory solution.

    Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
    1. Item(s) is (are) not available.

    2. Difficulty in processing your payment information.

    3. Cannot ship to address provided.

    4. Duplicate order was placed
    Note: Once your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order through a call or email from us. We will explain the reason for cancellation. You will not be billed for the cancelled order(s) or item(s).
