How to cancel my auto-recurring membership fee payment?.

Tips: If you use Credit Card, you only need to cancel your AutoPay in your DinoDirect account. If you use PayPal, you need to cancel your AutoPay not only in your DinoDirect account but also in your PayPal.

 

A. If you pay the auto-recurring membership fee by Credit Card, please follow these steps:

Step1: Just login your DinoDirect account and click “VIP Club” button. 

 



Step 2: Click "Discontinue AutoPay" button.

 

 



Step 3:
Cancelled.


 

B. If you pay the auto-recurring membership fee by PayPal, please follow these steps:


Step1: Cancel your AutoPay in your DinoDirect account as mentioned above.

 

Step2: Cancel your AutoPay in your PayPal account.

2): Select "Financial info", then click "Update" which refers to the automatic payment.


 

3): Click the VIP membership fee.

The following terms indicate the status of an order:

1. Submitted orders:
The customer successfully submitted their order to DinoDirect.com.


2. Order Paid: Your order has been paid and is ready to be approved by our system. A confirmation Email will be sent to you once your order goes through in a few minutes.

3. Order Approved: Your order was approved successfully and was sent to the warehouse to be prepared (you can check the preparing time). Besides, you will receive a confirmation email about your order approval.

Supply preparing: In the following 3 steps your order status is under supply preparing.

Step 1: We are stocking up your item, and will ship it out if the item is available in stock. 

Step 2: Your order is under quality inspection and ready to be packaged, but sometimes it will fail to be shipped out because the quality of the item is substandard. In that case, the last order status will indicate out of stock.

4. Shipped:

7. Cancelled:

How to use coupon?.

Coupons from our website can be listed into two types: cash coupon and discount coupon. You can redeem the coupon to reduce the total amount of price.

How long can I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed by DinoDirect within 1-2 business days after you received our confirmation on the cancellation. However, the account clearance time varies from the payment method you choose. As for the details, please see below:


PayPal

The amount will be cleared in your PayPal account right away once it is processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from both PayPal and DinoDirect.
Note: The refunds of your order will be directly issued into your Dino Wallet account.


Credit Card
For credit card payment, it usually takes 5-7 business days. Refund time may vary from different card issuing banks’ policies. You may also call your credit card issuing bank to verify your refund.

For the payment methods above, we cannot refund for you directly because we do not have your account information.

Membership Fees and Cancellations
VIP Membership fees are RECURRING on a monthly basis.
In order for you to use the DinoDirect service, you are required to agree to the following fees and cancellations policy.
The DinoDirect service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without your modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the DinoDirect service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Your use of a particular DinoDirect website included within the DinoDirect area may also be subject to additional terms outlined elsewhere on those sites.

Changes to Fees and Cancellations
DinoDirect reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Fees and Cancellations in our sole and absolute discretion. The current published version of the Fees and Cancellations will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the DinoDirect website or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

Subscription Rates
All Subscription Rates listed are in US dollars unless otherwise stated within this policy. In order for sellers to access and use the DinoDirect tools and services, they must agree to the following subscription-based payment terms.

These rates apply to all members that submit valid payment information such as credit cards, debit cards, and all other accepted and valid forms of payment information. The initial charged fee for service is non-refundable.

Note: Subscription fees pay for the right to access and use the VIP Privileges system and management tools rovided by DinoDirect. The member is not purchasing any exclusive rights to a Web page or information hosting on DinoDirect. Also, DinoDirect reserves the right to alter pricing or limit orders based on account activity.
Subscription fees for the right to access and are not inclusive of product costs, ship rates, drop and/or handling fees and ransaction charges. All product costs, ship rates, drop and/or handling fees and transaction charges are paid separately at the time of purchase.

Limited-Time Offers
The above mentioned regular subscription rate fee schedule may not apply to customers who have responded to a promotional offer. If you believe you are subject to any special promotional rates and you have any questions as to the fees that apply to your subscription, please address your questions and/or concerns to our
Customer Service Center.

Payment Terms
All members are required to place a valid form of accepted payment on file such as credit cards, debit cards, and other valid forms of payment on file for monthly billing in order to access and use the VIP Privileges at DinoDirect. Placing a form of accepted payment on file allows the account unlimited access to the DinoDirect VIP Privileges system as long as DinoDirect is able to authorize the form of accepted payment for the payment due. Payments made on the Billing Cycle Date (as defined below) are purchasing access to the DinoDirect site until the next Billing Cycle Date occurs.
To place your form of payment on file (accepted credit cards include the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) on your DinoDirect account, simply complete our secure registration form. Debit and check cards (with a Visa or MasterCard logo) are an acceptable form of payment in lieu of a credit card. However, please remember that debit cards are not credit cards and therefore may be subject to daily and/or transaction limits. Please check with your issuing bank to determine if these or other limitations and restrictions may apply to your card.
Accounts without a valid credit card on file at the end of the billing cycle will be disabled. Disabled accounts will be held in an inactive state until such time as a valid credit card is placed on file.

Billing Cycles and Expiration Dates
The date on which the member selects a subscription plan is considered to be the subscription "Billing Cycle Date" and the member will be billed the monthly rate in advance for the entire selected subscription period. Subsequent charges are posted on the corresponding Billing Cycle Date according to your subscription type:
Monthly, auto-renewing - example:
If you register a new account on August 1st, your accepted payment form on file will be billed that day and the next Billing Cycle Date is September 1st. If the normally scheduled Billing Cycle Date falls on the 29th, 30th or 31st, but the current month does not have this date, the Billing Cycle Date will be adjusted to fall on the last day of that month. You must cancel or change your subscription before the next Billing Cycle Date to avoid additional charges. When you cancel your subscription, your access to the DinoDirect site is terminated beginning on the account's next Billing Cycle Date.

Disabling of Accounts
Accounts that do not have a valid credit card on file with DinoDirect at the end of the billing cycle for billing will be disabled and all DinoDirect VIP Privileges tools and system access will be discontinued. At such time, the member will have the opportunity described below to enter valid billing information and/or select a subscription term should they choose to return to the site.
Disabled accounts will be held in an inactive state until such time as a valid form of payment is placed on file.

Charge Backs
Every subscriber must agree to the Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are a binding, ongoing contract between you and DinoDirect. A Charge Back is considered a breach of the contract. Access to the DinoDirect service will be immediately suspended. DinoDirect reserves the right to pursue the subscriber civilly and/or criminally for any breach in the contract. In addition, by accepting the Terms of Use, you agree that the laws of the State of California and California County shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claims, policies, and procedures between you and DinoDirect relating to all aspects of DinoDirect services, website(s) and or these Terms. The subscriber expressly and irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Parties will be responsible for each of their respective attorney's fees and court costs.

Account Billing Information Invoicing Procedures and Payments
At the time the member selects a subscription package and a term of subscription, a billing cycle is assigned to the account. This billing cycle and subscription plan choice will determine the statement invoicing date as well as the Billing Cycle Date. The Billing Cycle Date and subscription type will be clearly displayed at the top of the "Membership Billing" page. Upon login, please check your Account Status on the Billing page, for your Billing Cycle Date. For questions or problems about billing, please contact us at

VIP Recurring Monthly Subscription Payment Terms
Recurring Monthly subscription payments are processed each month on the account Billing Cycle Date. Processing of the payments may take an additional 90 days past the Billing Cycle Date. To change your subscription you can log into your account and click the "Settings" tab before the next Billing Cycle Date to avoid additional charges.
When you cancel a monthly subscription, your access to the site is terminated beginning on the next Billing Cycle Date for the account, and you will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any monthly payments.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation
A monthly subscription account will expire on the next regularly scheduled Billing Cycle Date after the account cancellation request is submitted. Monthly subscription fees pay for access to VIP Privileges tools and services through the next Billing Cycle Date; therefore, no refund is issued for a monthly subscription cancellation. Financial Responsibility
The member agrees not to assign, transfer or sublicense their rights as a subscriber to the DinoDirect Fee-Based Services and agrees to be financially responsible for all usage or activity on this Fee-Based Services account.
In the event that DinoDirect must collect unpaid subscription amounts from a member, that member will be held liable for all applicable attorneys' and collection agency fees.

How to Place an Order?.

If you’d like to place an order, simply follow these steps please:

What should I do when I have not got my order number?.

As soon as your payment is cleared, you will receive an email automatically from our server confirming the order with an order number. If you're not receiving order confirmation or status Emails from DinoDirect, your ISP or Email software might be blocking DinoDirect Emails, thinking (mistakenly!) that our Email is spam. Or you can log into My Account to check the order status.
