Refund Issue
  • How long can I receive my refund?

    Refunds will be processed by DinoDirect within 1-2 business days after you received our confirmation on the cancellation. However, the account clearance time varies from the payment method you choose. As for the details, please see below:


    PayPal

    The amount will be cleared in your PayPal account right away once it is processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from both PayPal and DinoDirect.
    Note: If you pay by PayPal, it will be the only way to receive a refund.


    Credit Card
    For credit card payment, it usually takes 5-7 business days. Refund time may vary from different card issuing banks’ policies. You may also call your credit card issuing bank to verify your refund.
    Note: The refund can only be issued to your credit card you use to pay. We do not accept any other refund account.


    Wire Transfer, Boleto, Ideal, Yandex, Sofortuberweisung, Webmoney, Western Union
    For the payment methods above, we cannot refund for you directly because we do not have your account information. Thus, a PayPal account is needed to get refund.
