How to Keep Warm During The Cold Winter:
During cold weather when the temperatures are 20 degrees and lower, it is imperative that we keep warm.Instructions:

- Toe, feet, hand warmers, and boots: Do your hands and feet stay cold during the winter months? Try toe, feet, and/or hand warmers. The heat effect can last 6-7 hours. They are very inexpensive. Long boots to the knee and/or above will protect your legs as well as your feet
